Referral Bonus Program
Do you know someone who you think would be a good fit for a position at our company? Feel free to refer them! If we end up hiring your candidate, you will be eligible for either a $2,000 OR $3,000 referral bonus!
Additional rules for bonuses:
• The referrer will receive $500 PER QUARTER that the new CASHIER hire is employed with our organization. This bonus will cap out at the ONE YEAR mark.
• The referrer will receive $750 PER QUARTER that the new MANAGEMENT hire is employed with our organization. This bonus will cap out at the ONE YEAR mark.
• There is no cap on the number of referrals an employee can make. All bonuses will be paid accordingly.
• If two or more employees refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive their referral rewards.
• All employees are eligible to participate in our referral program.
Who can be referred?
We have some conditions for candidates who can qualify you for our bonus. They should:
• Have not applied to our company for at least a year.
• Be hired as full or part time employees (not as temporary employees or contractors.)
• Must have open availability!
• Must not have been previously employed with our company.
